How to order with CNshopper, step by step
Follow the twelve stages in CNshopper’s published How to Order guide. The official screens are reproduced in that order; our notes explain what to check before moving on.
Have the product URL, your chosen size and colour, and a destination address ready. Allow for both product payment and international shipping. Screens reflect the official guide captured on 17 October 2026; available payment methods, offers and account labels can change.
Open any image at full size. Some image labels differ from the page headings: for example, the QC image is marked Step 7, while the published guide places QC at Step 8. We retain the official page order and the unaltered images.

Step 1 / 12
Search for a product or paste its link
Start with a category here, a keyword in CNshopper, or a complete marketplace product link. Open the actual listing before copying: a shop homepage or a shortened sharing link may not identify one item. Check that the result is the product you intended. A search result is a starting point, not a stock or quality guarantee.

Step 2 / 12
Choose the product
Compare the seller, product title, photographs, available variants and price. Similar photographs can lead to different sellers or materials. Open the product details rather than paying from the thumbnail alone. Keep the original URL so you can find the same listing again if a question arises.

Step 3 / 12
Choose size, colour and quantity
Use the seller’s measurements and your own garment measurements, not the letter on the size label alone. Select the colour and size explicitly, then check the quantity and selected-variant price. If the chart or material information is missing, ask before ordering; warehouse photos cannot create information the seller never supplied.
Step 4 / 12
Add order notes
Use the order note for a specific, checkable request such as confirming an option or asking for a measurement. The note does not promise that the seller can meet it. Review the selected variant and any additional-service charge. Save the request with the order record so it can be checked when the item arrives.

Step 5 / 12
Submit the order and confirm the product cost
Read the order summary once more: the exact item, options, quantity, product amount and domestic delivery. The official page uses the same order-confirmation panel at this step and the preceding one. Resolve an unclear shipping amount or unavailable variant before proceeding to payment.

Step 6 / 12
Pay for the product first
The first payment funds the purchase and applicable domestic costs; it is not the final delivered price. Check the payment-method fee, exchange rate and any selected service before confirming. Save the payment record. A successful top-up is not by itself proof that the seller has accepted or dispatched the order.

Step 7 / 12
Wait for warehouse arrival
Follow the purchasing and domestic shipping statuses. Seller dispatch and warehouse registration are separate events. If an order stalls, give support the order number and the last dated update. Avoid promising a fixed processing time: seller stock, parcel identification and warehouse workload can change the wait.
Step 8 / 12
Review QC photos before international shipping
Compare the size label, colour, quantity, visible condition and included accessories with the order. Request a closer photo or measurement when a detail is unclear, and check any extra-photo fee first. Ask about a return while the item is still in China. QC is a visual check, not authentication, a laboratory test or a durability guarantee.

Step 9 / 12
Consolidate your items
Choose which arrived items belong in the parcel. Removing an unnecessary box can reduce bulk, but it also changes protection and may affect a return or damage claim. Keep packaging that the item needs. A combined parcel can cost more if its size or contents make a cheaper route unavailable; compare the actual options.
Example: combining a shirt and a boxed item
Inspect both purchases before choosing the parcel. The first payment bought the goods and covered relevant local costs; international shipping is a separate decision after arrival. Compare the packed dimensions and route rules for a combined parcel with separate submissions if appropriate. A retail box can increase volume even when it adds little weight.
Removing packaging may reduce a quote but can affect protection and a remaining return option. Resolve those questions first, then select the actual contents, address and service. Allow for packing, payment conversion and applicable destination charges in the total budget. Keep the item references and final parcel invoice together so the contents can be checked when delivered. Consolidation is useful when the whole arrangement works, not simply because there is one box.
Step 10 / 12
Choose an international shipping method
Use your destination, item type, packed weight and dimensions. Check restrictions, tracking, expected transit range, tax treatment and any optional cover. A line described as tax included still has conditions. Use accurate contents and values for customs; a delivery estimate is not a guaranteed arrival date.
Step 11 / 12
Pay international shipping
Review the final parcel summary, address, selected line, packing choices and optional protection before paying. Shipping is separate from the first product payment. Keep a copy of the quote and protection terms offered for this parcel. If a payment deadline appears in your account, follow that displayed deadline rather than leaving an unpaid request open.

Step 12 / 12
Track the parcel
Track both the agent’s dispatch record and the carrier’s updates. New tracking numbers can take time to show movement. If a status is unclear, report the parcel number, last scan and date. At delivery, inspect the outer box and contents, retain the label and packing, and report a discrepancy promptly with photographs and order records.
Before your next order
Keep what worked: the useful size measurement, seller response, packed weight and actual delivery experience. A previous successful purchase does not guarantee future stock or the same freight price. Recheck the live listing and order summary each time.
