Changes on CNshopper’s pages and on this site, with dates
Each entry says what we read, when, and which page here it affects.
Last updated: what we re-read on 17 October 2026
On 17 October 2026 we re-read CNshopper’s Return & Refund Policy, Terms of Service, Warehouse & Storage Policy, Prohibited Items Policy, the support pages for after-sales, contact, payments and customs, and the How to Order guide, all rendered in a browser because the text does not appear in the raw page source. All the refund-policy passages this site quotes were unchanged from our earlier reading the same day.
Things we noticed on the live site that day:
- The search field in CNshopper’s header now invites you to paste “Taobao/1688 / Weidian” links; a second, hidden box still says “Taobao / 1688”.
- Keyword search offers three source tabs, 1688, Taobao and Weidian, and opened on the Taobao tab.
- The search filter “7-day no reason return” did not change the first twelve results on any tab when ticked.
- JD links went to the DIY Order form after a loading error; Xianyu and Xiaohongshu links were refused by the search box.
- The shipping quote page returned no prices once box dimensions were entered.

CNshopper notices and features worth watching
CNshopper posts official announcements in the Event Center section of its help centre and marks new features in its menus; the DIY Order entry carried a “new” badge in the site’s menu configuration. A seasonal theme was running on the site; it changes logos and banners but no terms.
The pages that would change this site’s readings are the refund policy, the storage policy and the search box. If the market table in section 8 gains an entry, if the five-day example changes, or if Xianyu links start opening, we will update the affected pages and add a dated line here. Promotions and coupons are left out on purpose: they turn over every week and say nothing about where a find is listed.
Where CNshopper talks to buyers outside its site
CNshopper’s footer links a Discord server, and its pages point to accounts on Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook and LinkedIn, plus a Telegram channel. Two Reddit community names appear on its pages, one in the footer and another in a community block; we could not confirm either from here, so we do not link them. Follower numbers and star ratings from these channels are left out, because they say nothing about how a given seller handles a return.
What buyers report in these channels is useful for one thing in particular: whether CNshopper has started opening links from a marketplace it did not open before. If you see that, tell us and we will test it.
